Didn't receive a 1099-MISC form. What to do?

If I didn't get a 1099-MISC from my employer, can I submit my income as if I received a 1099-MISC? Or I have to submit the amount on line 1a Schedule C?
My income is more than $ 20,000.00

You can enter the information as Miscellaneous Income.

To get to this area:

 1. click Federal Taxes at the top

2. Select Wages and Income

3. Select I will choose what I work on or take me to the full list

4. Scroll down to less common income

5. Select start or revisit next to Miscellaneous Income- its the last topic

6. Select start next too Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099

Is this income on Schedule C? If is yes, can I submit the name of my employer company?

This wouldn't go as a Schedule C but you will be able to put the employer name.

I am using Turbotax Premier and have the same difficulty. When use Miscellaneous Income and I get to "Any Other Earned Income" it refers to any wages for which a W-2 was not received. Should I enter freelance payment for which I didn't receive a 1099-Misc here and list the name of the payer?

If you started work in December they might not have paid you until January.  Then it will go on your 2020 return next year.  Ask your employer.  Or are you self employed?
