Did have a modest income from side business, but no 1099-misc. How do I proceed?

I'm at the point in TurboTax Home & Business, where I'm entering personal income. I have a small, side business which I do in order to bring in some extra income, to supplement my regular job (I get a W-2 from the regular job).

The money I earned from the side job is less than $100. I got paid, but they've not issued me a 1099-MISC. Should I ask them for a 1099-MISC?

At the moment, assuming that I have to continue without a 1099-MISC, then the only thing I have is a copy of the cashed check. The section that I'm in at the moment with TurboTax, is "PERSONAL | Personal Income". It's the page where it asks me, "Did you get a 1099-misc?". At the bottom of the page if asks, "If you need to add or enter a 1099-MISC that's related to a business you entered in the Business section, go back to that section to make your changes." I'm already past the BUSINESS section, so I'm not sure if I should go back there, since I didn't get a 1099-MISC or not. And if I am, where in there am I to go?
