Did an amendment for tax year 2020 to add unemployment benefits received … IRS rejected it … doesn’t give me the option to fix and resubmit on TurboTax

Received about $2,400 in unemployment benefits could it be that I didn’t need to submit an amendment that is why it was rejected?

An amended 2020 return cannot be e-filed. The only way to file it is by mail. Print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in. Do not expect quick results from amending.
