Deduct credit card fees for tax payment

IRS says " Credit or debit card convenience fees charged for paying federal individual income taxes electronically are deductible for some taxpayers who itemize." Can I deduct these convenience fees I paid in 2017 on my 2017 tax return? Thank you.

The fee is deductible for personal taxpayers as a miscellaneous itemized deduction on schedule A.  However, only those miscellaneous expenses that exceed 2 percent of the adjusted gross income can be deducted. For more information, refer to; Pub 529

Thank you so much for your reply. So can I only deduct credit card fees related for federal tax payment or I can also deduct the fees related for state tax payment, such as state estimated tax payment? Thank you.
