Date an electronically filed Form 1099-NEC posts on Quick Employer Forms website

Is there a place on the Quicken Employer Forms website where you can see the date and time you electronically filed your Form 1099-NECs? On the website it says "E-file Processing". I filed them in the evening of January 31, 2024 but I did not get a confirmation for 1099-NEC Submitted.  I assumed that if they were e-filed before midnight on January 31st they would be filed on time. Is that correct? My other concern is that I filed my W-2s early evening on January 31 and received an e-mailed confirmation for "W-2 submitted" that was dated January 31st but the e-mail said "The following W2 forms were electronically submitted to the Social Security Administration on Feb. 1, 2024." Does that mean they were timely filed on January 31st? I just wanted to make sure they posted on January 31 so I don't get any late penalties. Thanks!

The efile system has been acting up since they opened it on January 29th.  You should keep documentation of all the submission and processing dates.  I can't imagine that there will be any letters issued for late filing in this window what with all of the confusion.  But better safe than sorry.
