I had waited to get the call back from Turbotax customer service. I wasn't even on the phone more than one minute. I had a hard time hearing one thing the lady said, and I asked her to repeat it. I was very polite and immediately after I had asked for the information to be repeated the lady quickly hanged the phone up. I don't even need to explain how much of an inconvenience this is. I am more upset about the fact that her job is to answer customers questions to the best of her ability and instead of doing her job, she decides to get impatient and frustrated and hangs up... all because i asked her to repeat something one time on a phone call that didn't even last more than one minute. Now, I feel like I am an inconvenience. I have been a loyal user of turbo tax since 2014. Since I can not receive the proper help I need to file my returns with Turbo tax, I have no choice but to find another way to do my taxes. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a customer service rep.
