CSV provided by coinbase won't work with your upload, i followed instruction as given, downloading CSV straight from coinbase then uploading CSV

We couldn't upload your CSV
Please make sure your CSV file has columns for Currency Name, Purchase Date, Cost Basis, Date sold, and Proceeds, then try uploading again.

If you're still having difficulty uploading your CSV, please reach out to Coinbase directly: https://help.coinbase.com/en/contact-us.html

Turbotax is garbage and will not even attempt to address this wide-spread problem.  But you can always buy a 3rd party software to do TurboTax's job for them.  Why pay once when you can pay twice??

Coinbase no longer supports a direct import of a CSV file into TurboTax from their site resulting in an error message for some users. Instead, Coinbase is relying on a 3rd party, CoinTracker, as an option to calculate your cryptocurrency gains and losses and to access your CSV file.

For more information, including a link to CoinTracker, please see this TurboTax Help Article:
