Credit card tax payment not received by IRS

I paid 2019 taxes with credit. Payment shows up on credit card statement. IRS did not receive payment

What is the description on your credit card charge?  Send the IRS a copy of your credit card bill showing the payment.  Maybe it got applied to the wrong social security number or year.
