COVID withdrawal not giving option to spread over three years

The program says that I have a qualified COVID withdrawal, but on the screen where I would like to spread the income over three years, it says the amount of my withdrawal is $0 (see attached image). Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please review the steps below and TurboTax should remove the penalty that is allowed under COVID. The Form 8915-E: Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments, which is used for COVID-related early distributions, is in today's release so you may need to give it a little time.
