Coverdell Savings Account- Need ESA value but I only have the 1099-Q form

I'm a student beneficiary for the 1099-Q form. During the review section step it's bringing up form 5329-T, and it's request is include "the value of your Coverdell ESAs on Dec 31, 2021. Include any contributions made after December 31, 2021 that were made for 2021." on 32 A. I don't see what value this is on the 1099-Q, it's marked X for State not Coverdell esa, and FMV (fair market value) is blank. How do I proceed? I don't recall this from last year, can I skip this step or should I contact fam?

Okay it turns out the problem is that 5328-T requests a "Year end IRA value" but we don't have an IRA.

Edit: I had to mark it as not a coverdell and just the 1099-Q

To clarify

Are you a dependent? Does someone else claim you on their return?

Was the distribution used to pay education expenses?

Did you also get a 1098-T from a school?

I'm not a dependent claimed on a return. The distribution was routed to pay for education expenses but because I have to pay tuition by a date before I receive the funds, (they're usually 2 months late, I should talk to them about that) the school adds it to a textbook tab, and then refunds it to me since I already had to get my textbooks. So my 1098-T doesn't include anything from the coverdell, just the grants and loans. But my 1099-Q doesn't have the box for the valuation for the stock it's in at Dec 1st 2021. If you know anything that could help, that'd be great, but I think I have to contact them anyways.

Can you allocate Room and Board (living expenses) to the distribution in which case it would be considered used for education and tax-free?
