"Couldn't get any info from your file" cryptotrader.tax

Hi all, am wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.

I used cryptotrader.tax AKA CoinLedger to create a CSV for upload into Turbotax.

I made sure to download the "Turbotax Online" CSV and am using Turbotax online (not downloaded onto my laptop)

I keep getting the error message:

"We tried, but couldn’t get any info from your file

Sorry, we weren't able to upload your CSV file. Please try again." (screenshot included)

I have contacted cryptotrader.tax about this issue and they claim no one else has had the same problem.
I have looked through this forum but it deals with extra prompts after having already successfully uploading a csv: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/cryptotrader-tax-imports-fail-any-idea-why/00/2475165.

Appreciate y'alls help.

Have you tried downloading your CSV file to your computer and opening it to see that the Column Headings match the TurboTax headings, or that you don't have blank lines/fields that might be causing it not to read?

If you're using TurboTax Online, you could also try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and retry.

Since we can't see your return in this forum, it's difficult to pinpoint what could be happening in your individual return, when other users are able to transfer successfully.

If you can't resolve your issue you may want to Contact TurboTax Help.

Per the link you provided, these steps are listed. Have you tried this?

Thank you, @MarilynG1, you nailed it.

There was a coin that my software, coinledger, did not recognize as it is a project that was abandoned a while ago and has since had its ticker used by multiple others. This cause an error for the TaxAct csv, as they use a csv without tickers. For TurboTax, coinledger produced a csv where the name of the token was left blank, I entered it manually.
