Completecheck says I need to review my 1099-b. All info is correct but it still takes me to "needs review"

There could be some residual information within your computer, if you clear your cache & cookies the problem should go away. 

 

To access the clearing process, you should hold down the keys CONTROL, SHIFT, and DELETE at the same time.

As noted above, there could be some residual information within your computer causing the difficulty.  Please clear your cache and cookies to solve the issue.  Please see the following TurboTax articles for help in clearing your cache and cookies.

Hello,

Actually I did deleted the cache and cookie when I searched for the solution. It still did not work. Also it is showing me the same error when I am using the APP on my phone.

The problem has to be a corrupt character in the 1099-B itself. 

On the browser go to Tax Tools, Tools, Delete a form and delete the 1099-B and any supporting worksheets

Then add the 1099-B again

Type it in yourself, do not import it


Computers can put a hidden character in a field and it is impossible to find it by reading it.
