Company health insurance for 4 months, then self employed on Covered California. 1095-C, 1095-A?

I worked for a large company until April of 2021 who provided health insurance. I went self employed the first of May and bought Covered California health insurance. I've only been able to enter the Covered California insurance (1095-A) on my tax return and haven't been asked to enter the companies health insurance (1095-C). Am i going to be penalized for not entering in the first 4 months of health coverage on my return?

Forms 1095-B and 1095-C do not need to be filed with your federal return and should be kept with your tax records. Please do not enter their information into TurboTax.  If your state requires proof of insurance, it will be entered in the state return.

Form 1095-A is required in the federal return because it is used to reconcile a tax credit.
