Colorado State Tax Calculation not matching the tables.

I'm full-time resident in the state of Colorado. My Form 104 line 7 divided by line 6 is .045. And the Colorado State Tax rate is .0463. We've reviewed all Turbo Tax state forms. This does not make any sense. Is there an error in the CO state tax calculation?

Because of rounding errors on low income amounts, if you try to rebuild the income by dividing, you can get inexact results.

 

What are the amounts on line 6 and 7?
