Closing shared screen

When I finished my call with customer service (just an aside, she was wonderful) I closed down the call, but there are still areas that are hidden.  When I touch on the boxes a text box pops up to remind me that I have to get out of shared screen mode. All I want to do is confirm my payment method and have a glass of wine 🍷. Does anyone have any suggestions?
