Clear and Start Over does not work as described in help. There is no Tax Tools in the left menu.

Working on EZ 1040 for my daughter and somehow Intuit put me in Deluxe Mode and I cannot get back to Free Mode.

To get to Tax Tools in TurboTax Online:

Open your return in TurboTax
Select Tax Home in the left pane
Select Start, Continue or Pick up where you left off under any of the categories on the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen
In the left pane, select the Tax Tools dropdown

Then, see the TurboTax Help article How do I switch to a cheaper TurboTax Online product? for guidance on changing to a lower-priced Online version of TurboTax.

Tax tools is not opening a drop down so clear and start over is not accessible.

The options under TOOLS can be blocked behind the left side-bar. Slide the scroll bar next to it.
