Claimed in 2019 but filing indepen. in 2020. Recovery rebate will only grab first 1800. Should I wait for next round or should I assume I will get the next one in time?

The next round of stimulus is not yet enacted into law.

 

And you must not assume anything or take it into consideration when filing your 2020 tax return.
