claim filed fraudulently

I got an email my claim was filed under a different account and the tax guy was supposed to use the same one. Now I cant see the claim or follow it and it says the information is wrong on irs.gov. How can I escalate

In order to track your refund on the IRS site you need your filing status (single, married, etc.) your Social Security number and the exact amount of your federal refund from line 35a of your Form 1040.
