Citizenship information on form 1065 Schedule B1 defaults to US if partner is domestic

Citizenship information on form 1065 Schedule B1 defaults to US if partner is domestic. If this has been ignored while the partner is not a citizen but permanent resident.  Should one need to amend the return ?

@Raufcpa , I don't know which screen you are on, but in general US tax code  refers to a US person  (  citizen / GreenCard / Resident for Tax purposes ).  Therefore   please check the screen drop down list -- it should say US Person  or  Non-Resident Alien.

Also a  Partner whom is a US Person   is not a Foreign Partner. --- 26IRCsection 1446 -->

"(e)Foreign partner

For purposes of this section, the term “foreign partner” means any partner who is not a United States person."

I will await your answer .
