Child credit form 6419

My daughters boyfriend claimed their child in 2020 on his taxes (he was born in 2020) she did not put him down on her taxes for filing.  This year (2021) she is claiming him as they broke up and she is paying for everything.

She never received form 6419 but went on to the IRS website and it said $0, I am sure her boyfriend received the payments should she put down $0 or put down what it most likely would have been?

The same thing when filling out the stimulus section it prefilled $2800 but she only received $1400.

Yes she can get both of those credits now on her 2021 return even if he already got them based on his 2020 return.  Don't worry about his return or checks he got.  She puts down 0 for the Child Tax Credit and only the 1,400 Stimulus payment she actually got.
