The program is looking for the Capital Loss Carryover from the 2022 return, 2022 Schedule D Line 7,

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions go to Forms mode. Click on Forms

Open the Capital Carryover Worksheet. At the top of the Worksheet are Lines A thru F.
