Error caused by Turbo tax online. Please send me a refund for charges incurred for prep of Fed. and State.
Was not able to e-file either due to glitch in your system! It made me print and send hard copies.
We cannot tell from your post if you used online software or the CD/download. If you used the online software the fee is the same whether you e-filed or mailed it in an envelope. The fee was not for e-filing; it was for using the software to do all of your calculations.
If you used the CD/download:
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

You charged me for the federal and that was supposed to be free. I should have only been charged for
the state taxes! I did not use a c/d it was the online version. False advertising for sure!
@cocobeans Using the TurboTax online editions of Deluxe or higher you are charged for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return. The account fees are the same whether a tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing. There are no e-file fees when using the online editions, federal or state.
If a state tax return was included that is an additional charge.
