Change turbotax tax return name

To edit the name on the tax return, follow the steps below:

• Choose the Personal Info tab.
• On the Personal Info Summary screen, click the Edit button by your name.
• Edit your name and click Continue

I don’t see where it says that

Please follow these instructions to make changes to your personal Information in TurboTax:

1. Log Into TurboTax and click on Tax Home.
2. Click My Info on the left panel.
3. You should now be on the page that has your personal information.
4. Click edit to the right of your name to change it. 
5. Scroll to bottom and click continue to save the information.

I don’t see the left bar thingy

You have to actually be in the return.  When you first sign in to your return, click Continue in one of the sections: Personal Info, Wages & Income, Deductions & Credits, etc. [See Screenshot #1, below.] 

Then the black navigation bar on the left will populate.  [Screenshot #2]
