"TurboTax Home and Business" and "TurboTax Self Employed" are the same program.

The name was changed from  "TurboTax Home and Business" to  "TurboTax Self Employed" for the 2016 tax year

There is no difference in how your tax return is filed this year with "TurboTax Self Employed" than with "TurboTax Home and Business" in previous years.

Where is the audit risk meter that was in the home and business version?  It is not in the self employed version

Touchy subject this year. The audit risk meter was removed from all the online versions of TurboTax this year. The "Home & Business" to "Self Employed" was just a name change.
The desktop (CD/Download) versions still have the audit risk meter.
