Change account to install TurboTax desktop

GOt TurdoTax 2024 desktop.  Install ed it on my computer with my Intuit ID and licence.  When installing the program on my wife's computer we decided to create an Inuit account for her within the process of installing.  When we tried to enter my registered licence code it was rejected because it was associated with my Inuit ID.  We tried installing the software again but it never asks for the Inuit ID...instead it just goes to the activation screen where it is rejected because the install program is still using the newly created (but invalid) Inuit ID.

We have fully unistalled the TurboTax 2024 desktop program and tried again with the same result.

How do we indicate to the install program that we want to use a different (valid) Inuit ID for the install?

All 5 need to be created under the same account.

The TurboTax user license allows one user to install copies of TurboTax on up to five computers that the user owns. You can prepare multiple returns, including returns for other people. The license does not allow one copy to be shared among different people.  You are required to log into your TurboTax online account when you install the program for the first time. This locks one particular copy of the program and one license code to one user account.

You might have to do a forced uninstall to get all traces of the original installation removed:

Then, only use the original UserID from the Original installation
