Case #1531138569 shows closed - has the wrong err cd (should be R0000-058-01) & does not reflect what was discussed with agent on call. How does this get corrected?

How do I know if they are really working on my Form 7206 file issue that we discussed for over an hour?

You are correct, this is a known problem.
This link provide a TurboTax statement regarding this issue.
- Why is TurboTax adding an incomplete Form 7206 when I'm not required to file it?
- Included in the statement is a link that will Sign you up for updates.
I know it doesn't mention the rejection code, but it is all the same issue.
