Carryover worksheet - how do I total up all withholdings from W-2s and 1099s, estimated tax payments, and what I paid if i filed for an extension?

What is your question? What is stopping you from adding the withholding from all your W-2s, 1099s, 1040-ESs and the 4868 yourself? And what does that have to do with the Carryover Worksheet?
