Caregiver wages not excluded

I am paid a caregiver wage by Medicaid as an employee by my daughter through a financial agent for the state. My 2023 W-2  shows wages earned for the first three months as taxable and the remaining part of the year coinciding with my submission of paperwork certifying care for a live-in sharing the same address was excluded from gross income. FICA etc was returned in a check for what was collected for first three months but income should have been excluded under Notice 2014-7. How can I exclude this income best through Turbo Tax.

After you enter the w-2, TurboTax will ask you about any special or uncommon situations for that w-2.   Mark the box that says Nontaxable Medicaid waiver payments.
