Captcha does not work in TurboTax 2024 run on Windows 10 or 11 in Parallels 20

When trying to login - captcha asks to Try Again. And again... 

2015 MacBook Pro 13", MacOS Monterey. Parallels 20 running TurboTax 2024 on Windows 10 or Windows 11 - same result, TurboTax Home and Business 2024.

Your OS  (Monterey)does not meet the system requirements for 2024 desktop software.

I am running WIndows 10 or 11 in Parallels on a Mac Machine. I'll update the post.

Did you find a solution to the issue?

For me it turned out to be a VPN issue. For anyone reading this, try disabling your VPN temporarily during the login step. You should be able to reactivate VPN after logging in.
