Capital Gain Distributions are not on Income Summary Screen

Why are capital gain distributions not included on the Income Summary Screen. This seems like a serious bug and has been reported in this community as far back as 2017 -- and no response from TurboTax. Isn't this ridiculous? Why should we have to switch to forms and scroll through the Schedule D to find it?

Capital gains distributions are reported as part of the net income from schedule D.  The schedule D is netted out in the income summary, as are all of the other income sources.
