Cant log in- goes to "my tx timeline and stays there, send help to my e mail please,can you help?

This can be an IE 11 issue. Try a different browser.

Close all TurboTax windows. Clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Close the browser and then re-open. Sign onto your online account using this TurboTax website - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/</a> If the problem persists change your web browser to either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
