Cannot sign into my account. I started my return and have now can't sign back in. it just has a "thinking or "wheel of death" spinning.

It acts like it is locating my account or something but goes no farther than my putting in my password.  I've attempted to change my password and it still doesn't go past the login screen.

Maybe try a different browser window and see if that works. Delete all your "cookies" and try again. If you still are not successful, you can try to gain access to your account on the recovery page.
