I seem to be locked out of my account. I have tried several times, and even changed my password so I might be able to sign in. And I have had no luck.
I am getting nervous about this.
I have to have cancer surgery soon, and would like to have this behind me.
I hope you can help me.
Nothing we users can do.
1)) Either create a new account and enter all from scratch (you might have to mail in f you don't know last year's PIN or last year's AGI)
or.
2)....call Customer Support and see if they can direct you as to the proper procedure to re-open the old account:

You are likely using the wrong User ID or password. Try the steps to recover your account that I outline in my answer below. There are 2 ways to do it. If the first method fails, I've also included a "Try something else" method that looks you up a different way, by SSN.
Oh, if you have had made several attempts, it might lock the log-in for a while. You may have to wait an hour or so to try again. I don't know if the Account Recovery tool will bypass that part or not.
Good advice to try again...maybe epo has a way you haven't tried yet...
You may have ended up with multiple accounts or messed up the password. This is one of the more common questions in
the forum. We can tell you how to check all your User IDs and recover access.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same
email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email
address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email
address, or it can be anything at all.
