Cannot import info from 2022 H&R file. Why do I keep getting this message "We recommend you check your internet connection and try again." when my internet is ok?

A pdf is almost useless.   If you do not have the tax file, you might as well start from scratch.  A pdf will only transfer some of your personal information like your name address and SSN.   Those are easy to key in yourself.
