Cannot 'get' to Sale of Business Property section, jumps to the end or Summary no matter what I do. Also, unable to delete Form 4797.

To delete a form or schedule -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

 

Sale of Business Property -

Click on Federal 

Click on Income & Expenses

Scroll down to Other Business Situations

Click on Show More

On Sale of Business Property, click on Start or Revisit

The sale of business properties should be on the form 4797  and  to get there you sell off all the assets in the Sch C, E or F sections.  You do not ALSO enter it in the sale of business property section.
