Cannot find Huntington National Bank in Financial Institution search tool

Intuit,

I am using TurboTax Premier 2020 and am under Wages & Income.  I am attempting to access my Huntington National Bank 1099 information.  Under the Search for Your Financial Institution Huntington National Bank is not listed.  I checked: https://www.intuit.com/partners/fdp/implementation-support/tax-import/program-overview/partner-list/ and found it on the list, but it cannot be found in the version of TurboTax I am using.  I have tried to screen capture what I see from the SW and your website showing the situation.  Help?

Well it is usually just as fast and easy to manually enter it.   Don't enter the bank. Scroll down and click on Change how I enter my form and then on the next screen pick Type it in myself.

Understood.  If it was 1-2 entries, that would normally be the way to go.  When you get to 7 pages, I tend to want to leverage the upload capability to not make any mistakes.

check the forum to see how TurboTax is handling financial import this year. It's not pretty.

Is that bank your broker? why do you have seven pages ?

The bank also handles investments.  I opened a call withTurboTax and showed them the issue.  TurboTax Premiere does not allow you to select Huntington National Bank under 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, and 1099–B.

Not every bank/broker is an import partner ... ask you bank/broker why they don't participate.

How do I import my 1099?

You can securely import your 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-OID, or 1099-R into TurboTax, provided your broker or financial institution participates in our TurboTax Partner program.

When you get to the place in TurboTax where we ask if you received that form, answer Yes and we'll give you the option to import.

Maybe the brokerage accounts at the bank are listed under a different name.   Check the name on your statements and 1099.
