cannot finalize taxes, won't let us pass step one, after he enters his information it brings him back to step 1 with no error message and we troubleshooted everything.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
