Cannot compete the form for credit card payment to file federal taxes

Can successfully complete filling in form to authorize credit card payment to file federal taxes but cannot go beyond that page.  Can see Privacy and Security documents in blue at bottom but nothing beyond that to go to next page.

Have you tried temporarily disabling your security firewall before starting the payment process, or adding it to a safe programs list in the security software.  If you choose the temporary disablement, restore the firewall after the payment is confirmed by Turbotax.
