I downloaded Turbo Tax onto a 2nd computer after downloading and activating it on another one over a month ago. My account indicates that I can activate 4 more downloads (1/5 Active now). After downloading, I logged into my account through the application. The application indicates that "This account has a license code." but when I try to activate the download I get this error message: "The license code you entered is not valid. Error code: 605."

The Desktop Software allows for efiling 5 returns, not the online version. Do you have TurboTax Desktop or Online?
If you have a License Code, this is for Desktop software; and if you have an Activation Code, this is for Online software.
These are different software's and codes from one cannot be used in the other one.

For TurboTax Desktop, you can download/install your software from this link.

There is limit of 5 installations as part of the license agreement. If you have not exceeded that amount, you should be able to install the program with the same license code you used when you loaded the program on your first computer. Please see how do I find my license code for TurboTax Desktop for more guidance. There is also a link you can use to contact us (located at the bottom of that link) for further assistance if you are still having issues installing on your second computer.
