Can you tell me how to get the turbotax deluxe 2017 cd that I bought on 1/16/2018 from target to load on my computer?

You need to check what computer your version is compatible with. Call Intuit if all of your info checks out. They may need to send you a new cd or you need to return to store that you purchased it.
