Can you still file if its asking you to review, but says things are changing, to check back?

It is for box 12

No, you'll have to do as it says and check back.  There was additional guidance released by the IRS just about 10 or so days ago that requires review of this section of the program to ensure accuracy.  You'll have to wait.
