Can you record monthly "contributions" made to Christian Healthcare organizations that is used as healthcare. They are not technically considered as health insurance?

Specifically it is a Healthcare cost sharing organization - CHM (Christian Healthcare Ministries)

No, healthcare cost sharing contributions aren't deductible as health insurance because they don't meet the standards set for health insurance coverage.

They can't be deducted as medical expenses either because they aren't paid for identifiable medical services.
