Can you provide help regarding their comment: entered Ohio tax withholding more than once on the same 1099INT form. Please correct and retransmit.

My Ohio State tax was rejected and that's what they're saying was the reason.  I had a Terri look at things because the $3700  figure seemed massively high.  She said all was looking ok...obviously not

Sign into TurboTax in a browser and click fix my return to get back to the return.

  • Tax Tools
  • Tools
  • Delete a Form
  • Delete the 1099-INT

Then enter it again:

  1. Federal
  2. Wages and Income
  3. Interest on 1099-INT
  4. Delete the entry that is there by moving it to the wastebasket
  5. Then enter the 1099-INT again and Done
  6. Go to State
  7. Go through all the Ohio pages and review Ohio
  8. Review

The duplicate entry will be gone and you can e-file Ohio again.
