Can you please tell me when it will be possible to upload tax relayed documents for tax year 2023? Thanks Randall

Not until Online opens for 2023.  Which is usually early to mid December.   The Desktop CD/Download program usually is available early November.

....But...of course, most tax documents won't even be issued until late January, or February of 2024.
