If you used a paid tax preparer (not TurboTax) the preparer's name and information should be at the bottom of your Form 1040. If you mean you had some sort of customer support or used TurboTax Live for your 2017 return, you can contact customer support and they will have some notes from when you prepared your tax return. Many TT employees are seasonal, so it is unlikely that you can get hold of a specific person who helped you a couple of years ago.
