What kind of help do you need? The online software cannot be used for a 2019 return. Are you trying to prepare a 2019 return? If so you need the CD/download to prepare it and then it has to be filed by mail. Or did you prepare one and not file it last year? Or do you need a W-2 from an employer for whom you worked in 2019? You have to get that from the employer. Tell us what help you need.
