Most of the users of this forum are volunteers, and do not have access to your TurboTax account. Although there are one or two TurboTax employees here, the company invest very little real attention in this forum after tax season and there is very little crossover between telephone support and support on this board. Your best chance of continuing to work with the same telephone support person is to call back tomorrow morning.
