Can you help me ? Why can’t I getting the fee for 69.99 when turbo tax retailmenot stated $20 off?

Have you been working at the special retailmenot offer's portal website, or did you prepare the return in the regular website?   You need to use the affiliate's special offer website.

See the screen image below.  Before signing in at the special page, however, do this:

  • Log out of TurboTax. 
  • Empty your browser Internet cache and delete any Intuit-related cookies.
  • Close the browser and reopen it.
  • Then go to retailmenot to the TurboTax offer and click the button.
  • It should take you to the website in the image below.
  • Use the button in the top right to Sign In.
  • Is the discount now applied?

Just to confirm... Are you saying it worked and your discount was applied?

Do you see the discount applied as soon as you sign in? Or do you have to fill everything out and wait until the end when you file to find out if it worked?

I have no way to test it.  Just make sure you are doing everything from the special website portal linked from retailmenot and not from the regular TurboTax online website.

When you go to the special portal site from retailmenot, it should tell you the discounted prices before you start your TurboTax return at that site.   So you'll know what the discount is when you select one at that site.

Here's how to check your fees at any time during preparation.  I don't know if it will show the discount or not, or if you have to wait until you are presented a "Review your order" screen near the end.

Make sure you are starting and accessing your return at the special TurboTax portal site that you get to from the retailmenot offer.
Select a product there.
Or if you have already started a return, use the SIGN IN button.
Once past the blue-green screen, click in the left menu column on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
In the Tools window, choose MY FEES.

This FAQ says you'll be able to tell in the end if the discount is being applied.  I don't know if you'll be able to tell in the MY FEES method I mentioned above.
