Can you help me fix my rejected taxes. REJ001

State tax returns cannot be e-filed unless the Federal return has been accepted first.   If the Federal rejects then the state (that is based on the Federal) will automatically also reject.

I don’t have a rejection code on my 2020 state tax so I can it be fixed?

Rejected code REJ001 indicates that your state has rejected your state return because your Federal return has not been accepted yet. You will need to go into TurboTax and re-file your state return after your Federal return has been accepted. Please let us know if this helps.
