CAN YOU DEDUCT PAY LOST; BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE FAMILY LEAVE TIME; WHEN COMING UP WITH ADOPTION EXPENSES?

No there is no deduction for lost pay.  You simply have less income subject to being taxed.
